045 The OXEN and the AXELS

A pair of Oxen were pulling an especially heavy Wagon, straining with the weight. The Oxen bore their load with grace, never once complaining. The Axles, on the other hand, groaned each step of the way. Though their task was much easier than the Oxen, their gripes and grumbles filled the air, annoying the Oxen as they labored on. “Enough!” the Oxen finally yelled. “What have you to complain about? We are carrying all of the burden, and we are keeping quiet about it.”

They complain most who suffer least.
